Our Story
Our Team help clients significantly reduce their cost per hire and time to hire by revolutionising the hiring process with our cutting-edge RAAS hiring solution. This powerful service combines the expertise of an internal talent function with the efficiency of a recruitment agency – all for a monthly fixed cost.
Rent a Recruiter started with three people sitting in an attic deciding on how to move forward with our business plan. From then on, we have grown the business to a team of 20. We made the decision to move to a fully remote business model and introduced a four-day working week for our teams. We have expanded our service across multiple operating locations including: America, the Middle East, United States and Europe. Our journey has been challenging but we believe that it has made us and our company what it is today.
We attribute all our success to team effort, openness and hard work. We love getting the teams feedback on new projects or hearing fresh ideas. Though we still have a long way to go, we are sure that Rent a Recruiter will be a major contributor to the Recruitment Industry worldwide.
