Build a Stronger Employer Brand
A great hiring brand doesn’t live in one place. It shows up in your careers page, job ads, recruiter outreach, interview experience, employee stories, and review site presence. This Employer Branding Audit Tool gives teams a practical way to assess how clearly their message is defined and how consistently it’s experienced by candidates.
What the audit helps you uncover
Many companies have strong intentions but uneven execution. You may have a solid employee value proposition, yet your job posts feel generic. Or your social content may look polished while candidate communication feels disconnected. An Employer Branding Audit Tool helps surface those gaps so you can improve the full candidate journey, not just one channel.
Why this matters for talent attraction
Candidates compare what you say with what they see. When messaging, visuals, employee voice, and recruiting interactions align, trust grows faster. When they don’t, interest drops. This audit helps HR and talent teams identify strengths, prioritize weak spots, and take action based on evidence instead of assumptions.
A smarter way to evaluate consistency
Use this employer brand assessment to measure brand maturity, spot disconnects across touchpoints, and guide better recruiting marketing decisions over time.
FAQs
How is the employer brand score calculated?
Each answer is converted into points: Strongly agree equals 4, Agree equals 3, Neutral equals 2, Disagree equals 1, and Strongly disagree equals 0. Not applicable responses are excluded from scoring. The tool calculates a percentage for each section based only on answered items, then builds the overall score from all applicable sections so the results stay fair and useful.
Can I still get results if I skip some statements?
Yes. You don’t need to complete every statement to review your results. The tool is designed to work with partial completion, and any unanswered or not applicable items are simply left out of the scoring. If an entire section is marked not applicable, that section is excluded from the overall score as well.
What kind of recommendations will the tool give me?
Recommendations are tied to your lowest-scoring areas. For example, if your employer value proposition is weak, you’ll be prompted to refine your employee promise and test whether the message is clear. If your careers page scores low, the tool may suggest adding role pathways, team context, and authentic employee proof. If candidate experience or measurement is lagging, you’ll see guidance around recruiter alignment, feedback collection, and brand performance tracking.
