Rent a Recruiter started with three people sitting in an attic deciding on how to move forward with our business plan. From then on, we have grown the business to a team of 20. We made the decision to move to a fully remote business model and introduced a four-day working week for our teams. We have expanded our service across multiple operating locations including: America, the Middle East, United States and Europe. Our journey has been challenging but we believe that it has made us and our company what it is today.

We attribute all our success to team effort, openness and hard work. We love getting the teams feedback on new projects or hearing fresh ideas.
