Brendan is the Chief People Officer at Otonomee, having joined in early 2021 with a clear mission: to lead all HR initiatives and embed a scalable, remote-first operating model. With over a decade of experience in human resources, he brings deep expertise in talent strategy, organisational culture, and business growth.

Prior to Otonomee, Brendan was a key member of the leadership team at Voxpro, where he helped scale the company from a local operation to a global organisation of over 6,000 employees across the US, Europe, and Asia. He has supported the growth of some of the world’s most recognisable brands, with a proven track record in acquisitions, geographic expansion, employee engagement, and leadership development.

Gillian is an adviser, entrepreneur, author, and C-suite strategist with deep expertise in building brand equity through culture, clear purpose, and strategic alignment. Shortlisted for the IMAGE Businesswoman of the Year Awards (2019) and the WMB Female Entrepreneur Award (2022), she is recognised for driving impactful organisational transformation.

Under Gillian’s leadership, The Pudding focuses on building strong brand equity to drive business growth and meaningful transformation. Gillian serves on multiple boards, advising on the strategic role of brand equity in driving performance, preference, and long-term business value.

Passionate about the transformative potential of artificial intelligence, Gillian actively explores how AI shapes brand strategy and why it is essential for boards to strategically integrate AI into their business outlook.
