With over 15 years’ experience in HR, her areas of interest include workforce planning, diversity and inclusion, onboarding, and enhancing employer branding to attract top talent. Glenveagh is a listed Irish construction company focused on delivering high quality homes in flourishing communities. They recently became the first construction company to attain the Gold Investors in Diversity Award from the Irish Centre for Diversity.

Tegwyn has extensive experience in the area of migration and more than 20 years’ experience working in stakeholder and civic engagement, policy and legislative reform, research and advocacy. At TBB, she is responsible, with project partners, for the management and delivery of two EU-funded refugee labour migration programmes. To date in 2024, these programmes have resulted in the relocation of seven individuals to Ireland.
