Shauna Dunlop is Director of Research, Future Skills Needs, Statistics and Risk at SOLAS, Ireland’s Further Education and Training Authority. She leads national skills and labour market research, forecasting future skills demand and informing government policy and Ireland’s education and training systems.
Shauna is a member of the National Expert Group on Future Skills Needs and host of the Future Skills Ireland podcast. With over 20 years’ executive leadership experience across Ireland, Northern Ireland, and the UK, she has held senior roles in skills policy, apprenticeship and work-based learning, data protection, and legislative oversight. She is also a published author and founder of Emain Publications.
