Building Employee Resilience and Leadership
In last weeks episode, we decided to show some of the examples of how experts from different industries felt about the topic of building employee resilience and leadership during a crisis.
The first of many questions put out to the panel was why is employee resilience important to companies? The person to answer this question was Brian Cowley chief operations officer at broadlake.
Brian summed up his thoughts on employee resilience by stating that even as the world is changing including the current climate it is now he felt that we need to face new challenges as a whole to build and develop resilience. He compared it to creating “high-performance teams” and described that is one of the most important tasks a company can undertake.
