Zurich Life Assurance plc and Zurich Insurance are one of Ireland’s most successful insurance companies, offering a range of services from their Dublin and Wexford offices. Zurich has been serving customers in Ireland for 40 years and provide general insurance with a product range that includes, private motor and home insurance, commercial property, business, farm and professional indemnity insurance.
The Recruitment Challenge
Rent a Recruiter’s embedded recruitment solution has been rolled out to assist in the sourcing, screening and post interview process for Zurich to support their recruitment team.
Due to the high volume of recruitment within Zurich, Rent a Recruiter assigned two experienced Talent Partners to this campaign and work with the hiring managers directly to help to streamline sourcing and also support the recruitment team with the post offer recruitment needs such as reference checks. Rent a Recruiter was able to make an immediate impact.

Rent a Recruiter’s embedded recruitment solution was implemented to support Zurich’s recruitment team with their high-pressure roles. In conjunction with Account Director Mark Loughnane, two Talent Partners were assigned to the campaign. Our Talent Partners have worked with Zurich since January 2022 placing 16 candidates, to date.
Thanks to Rent a Recruiter’s model being so cost-effective Zurich had the benefit of an agency service without the high costs associated with placement fees. There is also the added benefit of having access to all candidates’ details submitted which means future talent can also be identified and pipelined.
Our Talent Team liaised directly with hiring managers within Zurich to ensure they worked with the most up to date information on all roles and also with the ability to provide real time feedback regarding candidates and roles. At all times the Talent Team were fully appraised of.
